Ferreira & Koach traces its origins back to 1975 when both founders started their careers with the Ministry of Immigration. Edward Koach worked their way to senior positions in the Ministry. The two founders' varied experience and commitment made them one of the most respected and successful Immigration Consulting firms in Canada.

In the same year of the opening of the firm, 1986, branch offices opened in Shanghai, China and Hong Kong. Over the years we have served thousands of clients who are now successfully settled in Canada. The founders were pioneers to form the 'Organization of Professional Immigration Consultants' (OPIC), which regulated the practice of Immigration Consultants.

Our firm commitment to provide the best professional services started bringing us business worldwide. In 1988 we started consulting many immigrants from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and the Middle East. In the Middle East we work with a large number of clients in Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt. Based on the high demand from the Middle East area, we formed a Regional office in Bahrain in 1996 and representatives were appointed in Mumbai & Bangalore.

Today, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants Jason Ferreira and Sean Koach continue to provide the same services to their clients, as the in-depth knowledge and unique experience with Citizenship and Immigration Canada has been passed to them from their fathers. Both consultants travel regularly to the branch offices around the globe to maintain a close working relationship with you and our staff, ensuring that the process works efficiently for our clients.

MIDDLE EAST REGIONAL OFFICE - Bahrain

Ferreira & Koach started consulting many clients from the Middle East in 1988. Initially this clientele was from the G.C.C. Countries that comprise of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, U.A.E & Oman but soon we started receiving enquiries from other Middle East countries including Lebanon, Syria, Jordan & Egypt.

The Middle East Regional Office was established in Bahrain in the year 1996. Since then the Middle East Office has grown at a very fast track and thousands of clients have benefited from our immigration consulting services.

Our staff enjoys educating interested applicants, and performs seminars in Bahrain, Riyadh, Al Khobar & Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Doha Qatar. Over time, these seminars have become increasingly popular forum to learn about Canada, understand the immigration process, and get a chance to ask questions before deciding whether immigration is an option they want to pursue. After the seminar, individuals can set up individual sessions to understand if they would qualify for immigration.

Jason Ferreira
Jason Ferreira

Having graduated from Sheridan College, Ryerson University, Humber College and worked as a small business manager for a major Canadian financial institution ,Jason joined Ferreira and Koach on September 2010. He is a fully licensed Consultant (Regulator - Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council - ICCRC) with experience in most facets of Canada's immigration laws.

Jason applies a hands-on approach that delivers results for our clients through dedicated representation. In addition to representing clients before Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), he has represented clients at Hearings before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) and Citizenship Judge's as well as dealt with matters involving Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA). Jason is fluent in Portuguese and able to communicate in Spanish and French.

Edward Koach

Edward Koach is a graduate of the University of Toronto. As a founding member of Ferreira and Koach, he was previously employed with the Canada Revenue Agency and the Ministry of Immigration in a senior capacity.

Edward has over 40 years of experience in a wide variety of immigration concerns, including applications involving inadmissibility matters, humanitarian and compassionate applications, pre-removal risk assessments, family sponsorship applications, temporary resident permits & applications for work and study permits.

Sean Koach

Having graduated from the University of Guelph, Niagara College Canada, Humber College and held various positions in the Corporate world, Sean joined Ferreira and Koach on September 2010. He is a fully licensed Consultant (Regulator - Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council - ICCRC) with experience in most facets of Canada's immigration laws.

Sean applies a hands-on approach that delivers results for our clients through dedicated representation.
